Who should attend:
Managers, Supervisors and Operatives who are required to plan, organise and manage roadworks in both rural and urban situations. This training is mandatory under the Safety, Health & Welfare at Work (Construction Regulations) 2006 Reg. 97.
"The roadworks are supervised by a competent person who has been issued with a valid construction skills registration card".

Objectives:
Candidates who successfully complete this course will be qualified to set up, maintain, modify and remove temporary traffic measures around roadworks and manage the safe flow of traffic through roadworks. Candidates will also be able to interpret Traffic Management Plans, in accordance with Chapter 8 of the Traffic Signs Manual.
Certification:
On successful completion of this course, a FÁS CSCS card for Signing, Lighting and Guarding at Roadworks will be issued, as well as FETAC Level 5 certification.
